A clear route through venue licensing.
UK venues will normally need TheMusicLicence from PPL PRS for public use of copyright music. In England and Wales, karaoke before 11pm at an alcohol-licensed venue is generally exempt from separate entertainment authorisation when the audience is no more than 500, but the premises licence and local conditions still matter. Scotland and Northern Ireland use different local entertainment-licensing arrangements.
